Notification that we have received
your booking.
Within 3 Hours
1 - Confirmation that we can
and will carry
out your booking request.
2 - Confirmation that we cannot carry
out your transfer booking and we will
now request that our card payment processor
returns your deposit or full payment.
(The return payment will be repaid in full and have NO charges deducted. It can ONLY
be sent to the credit/debit card on which the booking was made. The refund will
take up to 10 working days to show on your account)

and where to meet them.
